My ultimate cycling goal is to reach the UCI world tour to be one of the hard men that help the team get the results that they are after as well as continuing on with Track cycling. Making the New Zealand Elite Team Pursuit team for the olympics and Commonwealth games.

I look forward to being able to race some classics in Europe or the “Gravel and Tar classic” in New Zealand with rough roads and gravel sections which require a bit more bike control and focus.

My Cycling idols are Mathew Hayman a man known for always laying it all out there for his team and never giving in. Also Bradley Wiggins  for the Way he devoured TT courses and having the ability to compete and win at the best level on the track and road is something I strive to do.

My current goals are to excel and learn a lot in my first two elite road tours with the Elite Tour of New Caledonia and the Tour of Southland. As well as preparing throughout the winter and summer for my first Elite Road Nationals in Cambridge next March.
